Circular Chemicals
Directly produces plastic monomers from plastic-rich waste (50 - 80% plastic), or produces biofuels from biogenic or biogenic rich mixed waste
High yield, able to produce circular plastics with 1/3rd or 1/4th of the reactor steps required by pyrolysis or gasification, respectively
Technology more analogous to a cracker than classic gasification
Technology operated and validated up to 1.2 metric tons / hour. Scale-up to commercial size (7- 8 metric tons / hour) rigorously de-risked though industrial partnerships, fluid particle simulations, and full-scale hydrodynamic validation.
Circular Olefins and Aromatics with reduced carbon intensity of 1.2 tCO2-eq per metric ton chemicals compared to fossil naphtha alternative
